An injection water pad is provided to minimize volume and to prevent excessive rolling in use by charging and removing water easily. An injection water pad is formed as follows. A junction(21a,21b) is welded by the high frequency in the state of interposing the non-woven fabric pad made of the compression non-woven fabric between the top waterproof paper(20a) and lower part waterproof paper(20b). The water is injected in the hollow area. In one side of waterproof paper among upper and lower waterproof papers(20a,20b), a vacuum lock(22) sealing the inside is formed. The non-woven fabric pad interposed between upper and lower part waterproof papers is 10-50 mm in thickness.
