A powder tooth paste composition is provided to strengthen a sterilizing power in oral by containing gold particles, to prevent decayed tooth and gingival diseases, to improve a sterilizing power and an oral smell-removing effect by adding a chloride cetyl pyridinium and to improve esthetic sense by luster of the gold particles. A powder tooth paste composition containing gold particles comprises gold particles of 0.0005 ~ 1 weight%, chloride cetyl pyridinium powders of 0.1 ~ 5 weight%, ubidecarenone(coenzyme Q 10) powders of 0.0001 ~ 2 weight%, propolis extract powders of 0.1 ~ 5 weight%, hydroxy-apatite powders of 0.5 ~ 2 weight%, sorbitol powders of 2.0 ~ 30 weight% and one or more excipient powders of 55 ~ 80 weight% selected from a group consisting of a silicon dioxide, a hydrated silicic acid, a lactose and a titanium oxide.
