A posture balance training tool is provided, which can steadily support a foot plate which is inclined without the concern that the foot plate is spoiled due to tilting member. A posture balance training tool comprises: a foot plate which a user gets on; a tilting member(30) which makes the foot plate inclined in all directions; a forward and backward moving member(70) which moves a tilting member backward and forward by moving the tilting member backward and forward; and a right and left moving member which moves a tilting member right and left by moving the tilting member right and left. The tilting member comprises a moving plate, three elevating shafts, and three motors.
