SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING COMMON CONTROL INFORMATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A common control information transceiving system and a method thereof in a wireless telecommunications system for efficiently performing wireless telecommunication are provided to determine the ratio of a downlink subframe and an uplink subframe variably in the wireless communication system. A first system and a second system which is not different from the first system are coexisted in a wireless telecommunications system. The information about whether to coexist the first system and the second system through a first information element in the downlink subframe in which the resources is occupied for the first system is indicated(710). Information necessary for decoding a resource allocation domain and location/size of the resource allocation domain capable of transmitting the common control information for a second system is indicated(720). The common control information of the second system is transmitted in the resource allocation domain capable of transmitting the common control information(722).
