A relief printing method and mixture for a embossment film is provided to dry a mixture for a embossment film consisting of the polyester Paint, the epoxy paint, solvent and catalyst after a screen printing. A relief printing method comprises the following steps of: a step for mixing a mixture for a embossment film comprising 100 wt.% of polyester Paint part, 50-64 wt.% of the epoxy paint, 8-18 wt.% of the solvent and 2-4 wt.% of the resin gold chloride; a step for performing screen printing the mixture for a embossment film in a substrate surface; and a step for drying the materials.
