PURPOSE: A method for detecting a mutual disagreement call is provided to detect an ISUP(ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network) User Part) message with respect to each call by an SS7(Signaling System No. 7) network monitoring system, generate CDR(Call Detail Record) data from the ISUP message, and detect the mutual disagreement call from the CDR data. CONSTITUTION: A connection device of an SS7 network monitoring system collects an ISUP message transmitted to a signaling link of a mutual connection interval(S402). A remote processing device of the SS7 network monitoring system generates CDR data, including information such as a signaling link, the incoming/outgoing of call, a call connection time and period, call redirection, an origination number and a termination number, from the collected ISUP message(S402). A central server of the SS7 network monitoring system collects and stores the CDR data from the remote processing device, retrieves the CDR data by a set mutual disagreement call detection condition, and detects a mutual disagreement call(S403-S407). |
