A position control and noise eliminating apparatus for acoustic emission sensor can obtain exact measurement value of the sensor without a separate silent room. A position control and noise eliminating apparatus for acoustic emission sensor comprises a base(10) in which a moving unit is provided and a rolling bearing(11) is formed on the top, a test block(13) which is located on the rolling bearing and moves through screw shafts(16,16') installed at the corners, sound generators(20) continuously installed on the top of the base with a settling frame and moving in one direction, a reference sensor(25), and a fixture(15) in which a sensor(30) to be tested is fixed. The signals of the sound generators are applied to the reference sensor and the sensor respectively through the test block.
