A bumper back-beam reinforcement device is provided to preclude an additional roll foaming device by being formed corresponding to sectional area of a bumper back-beam and combine a rear surface part to a fitting protrusion easily and reduce cost. A connection part(90) joining with a back beam(110) is arranged on left and right side of a bumper(100) and connect the back beam to car body. A back beam of the bumper of which the center portion of the back beam is protruded to the front side. The both ends of the panel meets at the center portion toward the rearward of the back beam while one panel is bent at the several times and the respective space is formed in the top and lower part. The back beam comprises a sidewall which is horizontally bent at both sides of top and bottom of the web which is formed vertically to the rear surface of the center; a first wall extended vertically outside toward the sidewall; an outer sidewall formed horizontally to the front at the first wall; and a second wall meeting vertically in order to contact with each other the outer sidewall.
