A zoom lens for mobile including a first lens group and a second lens group is provided to implement miniaturization of a cellular phone by minimizing the number of lens. A zoom lens for mobile comprises a first lens group having a negative refractive power from an object side and a second lens group having a positive refractive power. One or more lens group among the first lens group and the second lens group is comprised of capable of performing a magnification into linear or two shifts by being moved according to an optical axis. The second lens group is comprised in order to have a zoom ratio of about two times through two positions of a wide angle end and a telephoto end. An iris diaphragm(6) is arranged in the second lens group and moves with the second lens group.
