A layer-built funeral apparatus for natural burials and a funeral method using the same are provided to hold a funeral for everyone of community including family or relatives in order at one place according to the deceased order in the community. A layer-built funeral apparatus for natural burials includes a first spacing member(10) in which an open-top compartment to contain the soil is formed inside and a drain hole to drain rainwater is formed on the bottom; a second spacing member(30) loaded on the first spacing member, in which an open-top compartment to contain the soil is formed inside and a drain hole to drain rainwater on the bottom; and a top cover(50) combined on the top of the second spacing member, in which a through hole having a predetermined diameter is formed on the center.
