An opening/closing apparatus of a mobile terminal equipped with a slide cover for maximizing the exposure surface of a main body by installing a protection cover on the main body is provided to open/close the protection cover by traction power of the slider equipped with the tension reel mounting the protective cover on the main body. A drum(20) makes traction power while it is installed on the upper part of the inner side of a main body and is rotated by the tension of a tension reel(10). One end of wire(30) is rolled on a groove(21) formed on the outer circumference of the drum. The other end of the wire is connected to the inner side bottom of the protective cover. A housing(40) including the cut part(42) in which the wire is input while accommodating the wire wound in drum.
