A polytrimethyleneterephtalate fiber is provided to remove the cause of fuzz and snapping of PTT fiber, thereby improving the efficiency in processing. A polytrimethyleneterephtalate fiber is manufactured by the spin draw spinning method. The viscosity of polytrimethyleneterephtalate is 0.8~1.3. The polytrimethyleneterephtalate is span with the velocity of 1,000~2,000m/minute at the temperature of 260~270°C. The span polytrimethyleneterephtalate is solidified by the cooling airflow. 50~60°C a first godet roller(5), and 90~115°C godet roller(6) are processed for stretching. The polytrimethyleneterephtalate fiber is coiled with the tension power of 0.12~0.18g/d.
