A manufacturing method of cooking oil is provided to reduce the amount of the benzo(a) pyrene of the cooking oil by using forced air ventilation and meet the international standard(the recommended standard of EU: less than 2 ppb) about cooking oil. A manufacturing method of the cooking oil comprises the following features. A drying process; oil expression process; or the drying process and oil expression process which are performed under forced air ventilation. The oil expression process comprises the following steps of: a step(a) for separating the first stock and oil expression foil by pressing died cooking oil raw material; a step for obtaining extracted stock by extracting the oil expression foil obtained from the step(a); and a step(c) for mixing the first stock obtained in the step(a) and the extracted stock obtained in the step(b).
