摘要 A carbon-titanium oxide electrocatalyst support for oxygen reduction in a PEM fuel cell is provided to improve the corrosion of carbon by using a porous carbon and titanium oxide complex material as a selective anti-corrosive catalyst support material. A manufacturing method of porous carbon and titanium oxide-containing particles comprises a step for forming the dispersed solution consisting of a polymer carbonized within the liquid medium, surfactant and titanium alkoxide and deciding the rate of a polymer carbonized within the liquid medium and titanium alkoxide to provide the predetermined rate of carbon to titanium from carbon and titanium-containing particles; a step for leaving the material characterized by an inter-dispersed cluster of carbon-base polymer, surfactant and titanium oxide by evaporating the liquid medium; a step for heating the material and gradually decomposing and volatilizing the surfactant and alkoxide residue; and a step for carbonizing a polymer carbonized within the liquid medium by heating the material and producing the porous composite in which the carbon and titanium oxide are mutually dispersed.
