SEALING STRUCTURE OF FUEL CELLS, FUEL CELLS CONTAINING THE SAME AND A METHOD FOR MAKING THE SEALING STRUCTURE

A sealing structure of fuel cells is provided to prevent the damage of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane caused by crossing of gasket in the fuel battery assembly by performing the sealing by using the elestic deformation of gasket by the non-elastic pressurization plate; and a non-elastic pressurization plate(124) formed according to the separator one side edge. A sealing structure of fuel cells comprises a membrane electrode assembly(MEA)(100); a gasket(140) which is installed along the edge of one side and rear side of the membrane electrode assembly to block the leakage of the fuel and air from a separator(120) which is closely fixed in the membrane electrode assembly; and a non-elastic pressurization plate(124) formed along the edge of one side of the separator facing the membrane electrode assembly opposite to a gasket.
