<p>A rubber chip treated with pyroligneous liquor is provided to remove bad odors and harmful substances from rubber, and to obtain biochips inhibiting emission of harmful substances and emitting far a great amount of infrared rays. A rubber chip is treated with pyroligneous liquor. The pyroligneous liquor is purified pyroligneous liquor obtained by collecting fumes generated when baking charcoal, and by isolating and collecting the pyroligneous liquor layer. In the collecting step, a liquid extracted at a fume temperature of 80-150 deg.C is collected. The purified pyroligneous liquor is further treated by heat treatment and aging steps. The rubber chips include waste tire chips and have a particle diameter of 80-120 mesh.</p> |
