A washing solution injection device of the mouth cleansing apparatus is provided to prevent the reverse current of the washing solution and to make exchange of the washing solution facilitated. A washing solution injection device comprises: a separate washing solution case receiving the washing solution of the liquid or the gel form inside the case(20); a button(10) spraying a certain amount of the washing solution; a case cover(30) to which the influx hose(40) in which the washing water is flowed is connected; and a nozzle rod(60) including the nozzle(61) in which the washing water of the high pressure is sprayed. The washing solution case is combined with the washing solution case head and washing solution case body to make injection of the washing solution facilitated.
