A system for sensing emergency situation is provided to rapidly perform a proper correspondence about an emergency situation by automatically sensing an emergency situation occurrence. A system for sensing emergency situation comprises the followings: a flow sensor(110) for sensing the flow of the tap water, and installed in at least a part of a tap supply tube; a database(130) for generally managing the information sensed by the flow sensor; a controller(140) for selecting a problem data from information data managed by database; a emergency warning unit(100) for expressing a warning signal when the problem data is sensed by controller; a flow switch or a photo sensor installed in the flow sensor; and a telephone network, an internet network, or a wireless network(120) transmits information sensed with the flow sensor.
