A peppermint extract is provided to hinder emission of CGRP and to prevent a melanin generated by stress from being formed. A cosmetic composition includes a cell extract of Menthae Herba plant originated from cells as an active material. The cell originated from the Menthae Herba selected from mentha aquatica, mentha arvensis, mentha longifolia, mentha piperita, mentha pulegium and Mentha spicata.
