A testing device of a tension-torsion strap for tilt rotor hub can perform a tensile strength test and a torsion test of the tension-torsion strap which is the essential component of the tilt rotor hub at the same time. A load testing device(10) of a tension-torsion strap(100) mounted on a tilt rotor hub of aircraft comprises a housing(11) in which the tension-torsion strap is received; a tension load applying portion(200) connected to both sides of the tension-torsion strap in order to apply tension load; a torsion load applying portion(300) connected to one side of the tension-torsion strap in order to apply torsion load; a first measuring unit(210) equipped in the tension load applying portion in order to measure the tensile strength; and a second measuring unit(310) equipped in the torsion load applying portion to measure the torsion load.
