A method for charging catalysts is provided to prevent a channeling phenomenon by making each reaction in many tubular reactors within a heat exchange type reactor uniformly progress. Because abrasion, caused by collision among particles, can be reduced when the porosity of a particle layer is over 80%, the porosity of a catalyst layer moving within a reactor(1) is maintained within a range from 80% to 99%. Because the speed of charging catalysts becomes so slow if gas is injected so that the pressure drop exceeding 95% can be maintained, and reduction of the falling speed is small if catalyst particles are charged as maintaining the pressure drop lower than 30%, gas is injected in a direction opposite to a catalyst-charging direction so that the pressure drop of gas between an inlet and an outlet can be 30 through 95% of pressure drop under the minimum fluidization condition. |
