A washing machine can save energy by using an auxiliary drying apparatus to wash/dry a small amount of clothes without driving the relatively large main washing apparatus. A washing machine includes a main washing apparatus performing washing or drying, and an auxiliary drying apparatus installed on one side of the main washing apparatus. The auxiliary drying apparatus includes a case(300), a drawer(200) received in the case, a module(220) installed on one side of the drawer and generating airflow, and an air nozzle(210) installed on one end of the module and guiding the direction of airflow.
