A COMPOSITION FOR REGULATING CELLULAR SENESCENCE COMPRISING N-[2-(CYCLOHEXYLOXYL)-4-NITROPHENYL]-METHANESULFONAMIDE

A composition for regulating cellular senescence is provided to control an expression of a Caveolin-1, a concentration of intracellular total cholesterol and entity aging using N^-[2^-(Cyclohexyloxyl)^-4^-nitrophenyl]^-methanesulfonamide. A composition for regulating cellular senescence comprises N^-[2^-(Cyclohexyloxyl)^-4^-nitrophenyl]^-methanesulfonamide. The cellular senescence is regulated by suppressing an expression of a Caveolin protein without an activity of COX-2. The cell originates from human cells which are skin fibroblasts. A method for regulating cellular senescence includes a step of processing an effective amount of the N^-[2^-(Cyclohexyloxyl)^-4^-nitrophenyl]^-methanesulfonamide in senescent cells. A method for regulating cellular senescence of mammal except for human which need regulation of the cellular senescence comprises a step of administering effective amount of the N^-[2^-(Cyclohexyloxyl)^-4^-nitrophenyl]^-methanesulfonamide to patients.
