The unit has a thin wall (1) in an injectable thermoplastic material and with a series of compartments (5) between side edges (2, 3) of the unit, where the compartments are transversally separated with respect to each other by transversal depressions (4). Each compartment has two terminal walls (8), where each terminal wall includes trestles (9, 10) in a caisson opened inside one compartment and forming stiffeners of each terminal wall. The trestles are inclined on a plane containing the edges and reunited by a partition (11) forming a bottom of a depression (12) separating the trestles.
