The device has an intake duct (1) terminated inside a combustion chamber (4) by an intake seat, and a symmetrical shaped unit (3) inserted upstream of the intake seat in a lower part of the duct. The unit includes an intrados face (31) conformed based on geometry and concavity of the duct, and an extrados face (32) jointed with the intrados face for forming a projecting convexity in the duct. The extrados face rejoins a control axle (30) of the unit by a ramp or conicity, which deviates air intake flow in the duct after rotation of the unit.
