The device has a cylindrical case (1) to cooperate with an inner wall of a vehicle, and a neon to emit a light beam placed inside the case. A rod (6) orients the light beam along different directions, and an electric power supply circuit supplies the neon. An actuating thumb wheel (5) drives the rod and controls the supply for the neon. A rotation of the wheel pivots the case and displaces the beam. A Z-shaped spring leaf (8) is placed between a trim of the vehicle and the case. An independent claim is also included for a casement for a motor vehicle receiving a lighting device. |
