A waste plastic collection transfer apparatus is provided to arbitrarily control the evacuation rate according to amount of waste. A waste plastic collection transfer apparatus(1000) comprises: a temporary storage(200) installed at the waste plastic outlet of a cleansing device(100); an inclined guide(300) which is inclined to the bottom and connected to the temporary storage; and a rotational feed unit installed at the inside of the temporary storage. The rotational feed unit comprises: a rotating vane, a rotation axis(500) combined with the rotating vane, and a motor running the rotation axis.
