摘要 A liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the viewing angle by forming charge sharing capacitor without adding an additional process. A first and a second gate lines(GL(i), GL(i+1)) are formed on the insulating substrate to the first direction. A data line(DL(j)) is insulated with the first and the second gate line, and intersects with those lines. A pixel electrode including the first and the second sub-pixel electrode is electrically separated in each pixel region in which the first and the second gate line and data line intersect and defined. A first thin film transistor(T1) is connected to the first gate line, the data line, and the first sub-pixel electrode. A second thin film transistor(T2) is connected to the first gate line, the data line, and the second sub-pixel electrode. A third thin film transistor is connected to the charge sharing capacitor sharing data voltage which is connected to the second gate line, the first sub-pixel electrode, and the second sub-pixel electrode.
