A method for manufacturing hydrophile surface treated aerogel is provided to prevent aerogel from penetrate into pores of aerogel by hydrophile surfactant when mixing aerogel with organic material. A hydrophobicity aerogel surface is reformed into the hydrophile property by surfactant. The aerogel in which the surface is reformed to the hydrophile property is dried. The hydrophobicity aerogel is manufactured from the aerogel precursor selected from the silicate glass, tetra alkoxy silane, aluminum isopropoxide, aluminium -sec- butoxide, cerium isopropoxide, hafnium tert- butoxide, magnesium aluminum isopropoxide, yttrium isopropoxide, titanium isopropoxide and the group consisting of the zirconium propoxide.
