An apparatus for auto folding of an icecream spoon is provided to improve productivity of an icecream spoon and manufacture it under sanitary circumstance. An apparatus for auto folding of icecream spoon installs a handle(301) of the ice cream spoon(300) in a seating groove(11) of a molding plate(10). The handle is folded with a folding plate(21) of a folding part(20) reciprocating laterally by an operation cylinder(23). A transfer conveyor where a volume reduced icecream spoon is fallen and then carried is included. The molding plate is installed with both ends hung on a fixing table(2) forming a main body.
