An activated carbon filter assembly is provided to supply pure water of good quality by completely filtering minute powder occurring in an activated carbon member of a granule type. A receiving unit is formed in the inside of a fiber activated carbon member(110). A cover member includes a hollow core unit(123). The hollow core unit includes a water injecting unit(124) for injecting water into a side of the fiber activated carbon member through a cylindrical surface. A receiving space is filled with an activated carbon member. The receiving space is between the receiving unit and the core unit. The activated carbon member is made by a predetermined size to contact with water passed through the fiber activated carbon member.
