The method involves fabricating a support band and a capping band for fabricating a support (5) and a sealing cap (2), respectively. A cut (6) equipped with its tear strip is formed in a definite form of the cap through the capping band after temporarily integrating the support band with the capping band, where priming of the cut interferes a capping band side. Another cut is formed in the form of the support till a support band/capping band interface, where priming of the latter cut interferes a support band side.
