A vibration fusion method is provided to easily adjust the relative position between two products during working. A vibration fusion method comprises a step for preparing for a first product having a position adjusting protrusion(17a) and a second product having a position adjusting groove(27a) formed the predetermined position mating to the position adjusting protrusion; a step for inserting the position adjusting protrusion to the position adjusting groove; and a step for fusion welding the first product and the second product by rubbing the first product and the second product. The position adjusting protrusion is formed on the end of rib melting on welding on the first product.
