A method for manufacturing an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) is provided to reduce the mask process by forming an align key and a gate pattern at the same time. An FPCB comprises a patterning area(A) having a plurality of TFT pattern, and a non-patterning area(B) having align key. An over coating layer is formed on the FPCB. A first conductive pattern is formed by configuring the align key and TFT pattern on the over coating layer. A semiconductor pattern is formed by forming channel on the gate insulating layer after forming the gate insulating layer covering the align key and the first conductive pattern. A second conductive pattern is formed by forming TFT pattern on the gate insulating pattern. A third conductive pattern is formed by forming a protection layer covering the second conductive pattern, and forming the TFT pattern on the protective layer.
