An LED advertising board forming a connection break groove is provided to turn on the other LEDs even if connection is bad in a soldered part of one LED, and get a waterproof effect using a molding layer. An LED advertising board comprises the following steps; a step of forming a connection break groove(28) on an upper side of a copper plate(26) in which the insulating layer is adhered to a lower part, and forming to be adjacent a first and a second copper plate which is not electrically connected; a step of coating with a plurality of solder pastes(32) on the first and the second copper plate according to the connection break groove in order to be shown up a desired character and design; a step of setting a plurality of LEDs(2) in the upper side of the solder paste; a step of connecting LEDs on the first and second copper plate; a step of wiring a predetermined part of the first and second copper plate and a power terminal; a step of forming a molding layer on the first and second copper plate; and a step of forming a coating layer on the upper side of the molding layer. |
