A vinegared red pepper paste manufacturing method using tomato is provided to take the useful component of tomato through the vinegared red pepper paste and improve the taste of the vinegared red pepper paste. A vinegared red pepper paste manufacturing method using tomato comprises the following steps of: a material preparation step which washes and prepares tomatos removing the branch and leaf; a first heating step heating the tomatos until the tomatos become almost liquid in which concentration is very deep; a foreign material filtering step obtaining only the thick liquid boiled down by filtering content by using a net; a second heating step which little more evaporates the moisture and controls concentration by heating the filtered liquid in heating vessel again; a mixing step which mixes various materials for vinegared red pepper paste with the thick liquid extracted from tomato and evenly stirs the various materials and the thick liquid in order to be mixed; and a aging step aging the mixture for one or more days. |
