An additional service system using a mobile communication terminal and a method thereof are provided to modulate the voice signal transmitted through the mobile terminal into a specific voice to transmit the modulated signal. An additional service system which transmits a voice-modulated signal by using a mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: an originating side exchange(106) which requests a voice modulation service depending on whether a user is subscribed in the service or not, when a calling terminal(102) requests the service during the telephone conversation between the calling terminal and a called terminal(122); a voice modulation exchange server(114) which establishes the first speech path with the calling terminal according to the voice modulation service request, and modulates the voice signal transmitted through the first speech path from the calling terminal to transmit the modulated signal; and a destination side exchange(118) which establishes the second speech path with the called terminal, and then transmits the voice-modulated signal to the called terminal. |
