A bicycle sun screen and rain shield in one is provided, which can secure the convenience of operation and safety by folding and fixing it on the body in the normal times. A rain shield(C) rolled around a part(A) in normal times is used in rainy days by pulling a part(B). When being spread, the rain shield is supported in the state that the steel arm of a part(D) is open. The steel arm of a part(D) is fixed to the frame of a bicycle while being connected to the rigid frame of a part(E). In normal times, a part(F) is folded in the bottom and is fixed.
