A composition for external application for skin is provided to remove an active oxygen species(ROS) generated by an ultraviolet ray by containing green tea flower extracts, to protect skin cell by controlling minute inflammations generated by an outside stimulus, to delay skin aging, to suppress generation of wrinkle and deterioration of skin elasticity and to reduce pigmentation. A composition for external application for skin contains green tea flower extracts. The green tea flower extracts contains a fragrance component of the green tea flower which is a green tea flower essential oil containing an E-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene and a lilac alcohol. The composition for skin external application is selected from a group consisting of Epigallocatechin gallate, gallocatechin gallate, catechin gallate, Theanine, kaempferol, green tea catechin extracts and a green tea extract.
