A vehicle damper using electromagnet is provided to change attenuation force by controlling the current supplied to the electromagnet instead of the oil. In a vehicles damper installed between the car body and axle, a cylinder(12) includes a rod guide(10). A rod(20) moves up and down relative movement of the car body top and axis while being guided and supported by the rod guide and an electromagnet is installed to surround the rod and generates electricity by supplied current, and a control unit(40) controls the electromagnet.
