A hydraulic cushion apparatus is provided to guide the location of a work piece and prevent a machine tool from being damaged by the load of the work piece. The hydraulic cushion apparatus comprises a transfer table which is installed at lower side of the work piece mounted to the machine tool and moves to a x,y,z axis; a actuator(30) which is established in the transfer table, and is operated by the fluid pressure; a cushion member(40) which is combined on the upper part of a piston rod of the actuator and moves up and down according to the operation of the actuator; and a supporting member(50) which is installed on the upper part of the cushion part and supports the work. The transfer table comprises a driving unit including a fixing plate, x-axis movable plate, a y-axis movable plate, a support member, a lifting part, a first driving part, a second driving part, and a third driving part.
