<p>A printed circuit board is provided to maintain the temperature of the printed circuit board uniform by injecting the heat circulation medium like the working fluid into the space. In a printed circuit board(200), a groove is equipped in single-side, and a plurality of projection patterns(216, 226) is equipped in the groove bottom surface while including internal circuit wirings(214, 224). A lower plate and the attached upper plate(220) are combined so that the groove formed surface faces each other while having identical to the lower plate. A heat circulation medium injected in the internal space(240) made by the grooves of the upper plate and lower plate.</p> |
