The device has a common driving unit i.e. driving motor, driving turbines (17, 18) in rotation around a rotational axis (8). The turbines have vanes (17a, 18a) distributed around the axis along an angular spacing path. A main case has two volute compartments, where each compartment houses the turbines with volute nozzles (19, 20). The vanes are continuously arranged from one end to another end, where passage of the vane (17a) of the turbine (17) in front of the nozzle (19) is temporarily shifted with respect to passage of the vane (18a) of the turbine (18) in front of the nozzle (20).
