A prepayment processing system using an auto fill card and a method thereof are provided to release a prepayment card which only a corresponding user can use. A prepayment processing system(300) comprises the followings: an auto fill card(100) which a service issues to a user and in which card information which is possible to be used at least 2 times is recorded; a reader terminal(200) which reads and transmits the card information of the auto fill card when charging for the auto fill card is requested; and a prepayment server system which registers the card information recorded in the auto fill card and charges money in an account of the user after analyzing the card information. |
