An exposed column base structure is provided to prevent construction miss and to gain improved structural performance. An exposed column base structure comprises a plurality of anchor bolts(10) embedded in the footing concrete, steel template(100) embedded in the footing concrete, a fastener plate(200) in which a plurality of fastener inserting holes is formed, plural high-deformable fasteners(300) inserted into the inserting hole of the fastener plate, a base plate(40) in which a plurality of inserting holes is formed and which is welded into the bottom of the steel column(30), a nut(50) fixing the base plate, a steel pipe(500) for the mortar binding welded into the upper side of the steel material template, a mortar filled in the steel pipe for the mortar binding.
