A plastic scrap regeneration mixing device comprises: a crushing hopper(300) in which the scrap is provided and pulverized; a transfer unit generating the driving force transferring the pulverized recycling material; a recycling material storage tank(500) storing the transferred recycling material; a virgin raw material storage tank(600) storing the virgin raw material; a selector(700) which inhales virgin raw material and recycling material and supplying them with the propriety mixture ratio; a raw material mixing hopper(210) which stores the virgin raw material and the recycling material and mixes them; a main transfer piping for the transfer of the virgin raw material and recycling material.
