A method for using the deep sea water in an aquarium is provided to maintain the rearing of the fishes within an aquarium excellent by supplying the air to lower part of the aquarium and making bubbles. A method for using the deep sea water in an aquarium comprises: supplying the deep sea water which is obtained from the depth more than 200 meters to the aquarium(1); putting fishes(3) in the aquarium and supplying the air to the lower part of the aquarium through a diffuser(2); and maintaining the rearing of the fishes within aquarium excellent while making bubbles. The material of the aquarium, diffuser and piping, etc is corrosion resistant material in the salty water.
