A duct of an air conditioning and ventilation system is provided to improve working efficiency by easily carrying and cutting because the duct is manufactured with the soft resin. In the air conditioning and ventilation system which releases the polluted indoor air to the outside and supplies the outside air to indoor, the duct(10) for supplying air is manufactured with soft resin in the air conditioning and ventilation system. A holder is attached at both ends and an inner skin of the vinyl material is inserted into the duct.
