The tool has a body including a terminal unit driven in rotation by motor units, and speed adjusting units for adjusting rotary speed of the motor units and/or terminal unit. The speed adjusting units have an active part integrated with the body and a control unit (1) of the active part, where the control unit is separably controlled. The active part has detection units for detecting the control unit to allow the speed adjustment in the event of detection of the control unit and to prohibit the speed adjustment in the event of non-detection of the control unit.
