SYSTEM, APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR KEEPING A PERSON UNDER SURVEILLANCE

A monitor system including an ankle transceiver and a GPS receiver is provided to prevent a crime by accurately grasping a transfer position of a monitoring object person. A monitor system including a GPS receiver, and apparatus thereof comprises the followings: an artificial satellite(10); an ankle transceiver(20); a PISD(Potable Integrated Surveillance Device)(30); a monitoring unit(40); a home monitoring unit(50); and a superintendent device related to a monitoring object person(60). A small wireless transceiver is attached on an ankle or a wrist of the monitoring object person. The PISD having the GPS receiver function and a cellular phone function is attached on a waist part. The monitoring object person is captured by authorities wherever he goes.
